Full-Stack Development

• •Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and modern frontend frameworks such as React JS or Vue JS.
• •Design and develop applications using the Frappe Framework, including DocTypes, workflows, reports, dashboards, APIs, background jobs, and integrations.
• •Build reusable, modular, and high-performance code across backend and frontend layers.
• •Ensure responsive UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

Backend & API Engineering

• •Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework or Flask.
• •Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
• •Work with ORM tools and optimize database queries for performance and scalability.

Cloud & DevOps

• •Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM) or similar cloud platforms.
• •Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• •Use Docker for containerization and environment consistency.

Collaboration & Quality

• •Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• •Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain documentation.
• •Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.

Continuous Improvement

• •Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• •Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and workflows.
• •Support and guide junior developers when required.

Technical Skills

• •Strong proficiency in Python, Django, or Flask.
• •Use AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity across coding, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and technical research.
• •Apply Vibe Coding practices to rapidly prototype and develop solutions using AI coding assistants while maintaining engineering discipline
• •Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), React JS or Vue JS.
• •Knowledge of REST API design, authentication, and database optimization.
• •Hands-on experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
• •Familiarity with Docker, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• •Understanding of unit testing frameworks like PyTest.
• •Review, validate, test, optimize, and secure AI-generated code before incorporating it into production systems.
